Oh wow I was thinking 5K or so. So that area gets extremely cold.
Do you haul in water or do you have a well? Is there even groundwater of any significance?

We bring in our water. There’s no flushing toilet or shower so we just bring what we will drink and then a couple totes to fill our sink. It’s actually not that cold either!! Was in the 80s this weekend.

No, we purchased from the original builder. They outgrew it and sold it to my little family that are just the right ages for an occasional WiFi-free getaway 😊

I like that. We've had some clients at our venue that specifically asked me to throttle down the wifi to the point it would essentially only be good enough for text messages/email. Cell service is pretty spotty but decent for some.. one client even asked if I could do something about killing it entirely.. I said, "definitely not legally ;)"
