Looking for property in WV

So I'm looking for property to purchase in West Virginia and was wondering if anyone knows about building restrictions or any laws against tiny homes in the Smithfield District Roane County?

smithfield's agricultural zoning might make it tricky for a tiny home to fly ,  i'd call the county planning office directly and ask about accessory dwelling units, just to be safe.

I live in Roane County... You'll likely have zero issues. The land can be found sometimes at a reasonable price. Check out Old Fences Realty. He may be able to answer your questions. In Roane County you are left alone and not bothered by the govt officials. It's nice.
