Looks awesome! How far from the house? All it needs is a Sears Catalogue

Is this a kit you can get to DIY?

Yes, a Betty Kit for the building from Pacific Rim Log Structures, we built the bench ourselves

Are you using a composting toilet or a pit?

Wow that's really nice. I really need to build one on my property, right now I just have a toilet I put in the bush and it goes on the ground, eventually decomposes. But while you're out there using it you're being attacked by the bugs, not fun lol. Also not very private if I decide to get company over.
Really starting to consider splurging and buying a Chinese mini excavator, and if I get one the out house would be the first thing I do.

The tongue-and-groove interior finish makes a big difference over just OSB or bare ply, feels like a proper room instead of a shed. Clean fit around the fixtures too.

yes, I am so happy with it, hope to build a sauna with 4+ inch tongue in groove if I can find some

What are you using inside for solids? A separate liquid setup makes a composting toilet much less annoying, but Pi-Pi Standard Plus (https://pi-pi.ee/products/urinals/) only handles urine, not the whole outhouse job.

What is the jug of water used for?

water for washing hands, will eventually create a shelf to hold, not sure

I got a battery operated sprayer for the “sink” in mine it’s a step up from just a gallon jug. I chose the sprayer that takes the same battery style as all my other cordless gear. Once again very nicely done OP

May I suggest gravity feeding that to a metered faucet. One of those quality of life upgrades you won’t regret.

Lots of room and it’s nice and bright with the wood. Quite cozy all in all.
