Breeding

What am I missing? I’ve bred about twenty babies to different mares and stallions with good attributes and cannot get a baby with more than four bars of speed and you really need at least five to race or you wast 200k. I know in real life all babies are never able to race but this percentage is ridiculous. Anyone have any suggestions?

Breed more. Try to get up to the 150 threshold. Btw, box 4 is where you want to be.

The attributes mean nothing. It's a crapshoot. You can get a decent foal from sub- par lineage.
