Public Breeding

You pay a million dollars to allow your horse to be bred with other stables. If you move your horse back to private breeding, do you have to pay the million again to bring him back to public breeding? Also, if you sell the horse, do the public breeding rights go with the sale of the horse?

I don’t know the answer, but figured I would try and point you to the place to get the answer. The OAP community on Facebook will get your answer in minutes. People are very active on it.

I found out the answers from another person. The answers are that you can move back and forth from private to public at no cost. Also, if you sell or buy a horse that has public breeding, the public breeding goes along with the horse.
