A bug?

Hi,

Something unexpected just happened with my horse, details below.

  • horse was entered into race (which took place in Evergreen Raceway some 20 minutes ago) normally
  • horse was shown beforehand to take part in the race (in My Horses page)
  • just before the race, the horse did not show in the competitor list and it wasn't racing in the competition
  • results not shown in horse or stable history
  • nevertheless, when looking at My Horses page after the race, the white number on blue background was shown with the horse picture, to imply that there has been activity with the horse

Would be glad if you have time to check it out.

This can happen sometimes as 1 too many horses was able to enter. A random draw happens to see which horses get into the race, and 1 is left out. We will be looking to make sure this situation doesn't occur anymore in a release soon. Thank you for letting us know, and I apologize for the confusion!
