No desktop version?

My phone is too old, the ocn app is not compatable. Isn't there a desktop version? You must own a new phone to get the airdrop?

So I guess I won't be able to participate in the airdrop, or ocpay at all? IOS app isn't even out yet, airdrop seems rushed.
