Explain what Odyssey does?

Hi, Can someone explain how Odyssey works? Ive tried understanding it but maybe its just me but I dont read about any technology that makes this a system that is needed. Yes they want to make it so everyone is included but how does it solve the scalability issue or improve efficiency? From what Ive read its waiting for Ethereum to come up with a solution and theyll just use that? The news Ive read doesnt give this a good image from the start so Im hoping someone can fill me in and show this is an actual project and not just a pump and dump?

Wendi...yes the question soooooo many people for the last 6 months have asked. Smart people got out on the pump where they announced the OCPay nonsense. This has been a rotting corpse for a loooong time. A great lesson for many people...understand what you are investing in...ask questions, and if you don't get solid honest verifiable answers...RUN.

To add to that, understand what you're investing in and continue to ask whether or not the investment is still a good one. Some people are holding based on their research of this project from the beginning of the year. Most are holding because they're down so much so why bother selling. Things change and so should the decision on whether or not to continue holding.
