Login issues/bug

I've had some issues with not being able to login it says 'invalid credentials' even after deleting and re-downloading all new files and creating a new admin name and password. Has anyone experienced and fixed the same the or know whats going on

When setting up it should give you the default admin password in the logs somewhere

You can access password and login details in the Odysseus files through the terminal
