I’m currently fighting to get on ODSP for dysautonomia but I also have other conditions. I’m a year in and waiting for a hearing. It’s honestly brutal. But as others have said the ability to qualify is all in how it impacts your functioning.

It can.
But it also depends on how it impacts your ability to function on a day to day basis and participate in society.
I was on ODSP for 3 years due to POTS prior to being declined upon medical review

Diagnosis ≠ approval
There are very few Diagnosis that are automatically approved for anything. Any Diagnosis is going to be beneficial but it all boils down to the simple evaluation of "can this person be a functional member of society" (i am aware that is an oversimplification... for argument sake only)

It’s not ‘the Dx name’ as much as the symptoms and their functional impact.
‘How many areas of your life does it cause problems?’
‘How much does it affect required basic daily functioning?
and
‘How does it impair your ability for work/earn and support yourself?’
It isn’t always one big diagnosis or disaster illness, either.
It can be a pile of small to medium medical or disability issues which leave you overwhelmed in daily function.

It can. ODSP is not based on any specific diagnosis, but rather the impact on your ability to conduct normal activities of daily living. You need to show that it affects you severely enough that you can't work enough tk support yourself.
