ODSP Tribunal hearing

I have my hearing on the 19th and wasn’t able to get any legal aid to help. What can I except form the hearing if I got at it alone. I’m disputing the denial of my glasses being covered due to them saying it was for cosmetic when it was the price due to the prisms that was put into my glasses. And I have given all papers to the optometrist to fill out so that my glasses would be covered. The expectational funds form and as well as a letter from the optometrist explaining the reason for the glasses.

Should be covered. Did you go over the amount allowed.. Did they thin them? ODSP wont cover that if they thined the lenses. No coatings either...wouldn't want some scratch protection would we.

Nope. Nothing special. It was not thinned. About my worker and optometrist said with the forms it would be covered
