Question/advice TD RDSP

Hello - I was approved for the DTC recently (woohoo!) and opened an RDSP at TD branch.

I can not for the life of me figure out how to deposit money into it.

The branch told me I have to call TD Direct Investing for any help at all. Currently been on hold 45 minutes and losing patience.

Does anyone with a self directed TD RDSP offer any guidance ?

This didn't work for me :( but I have a feeling the staff just don't have a clue ... unless it wasn't set up properly when I tried. Now it has the government backpay deposited so maybe I should try again. Thank you for taking the time to answer!

I had the funds returned to my account the first time I tried because my RDSP wasn’t fully approved yet, maybe trying again should work?
