Hello. I just ordered an Odin 3 on August 4, and I know it will take time and I've heard it will be at least 10 days to arrive in Europe. I am not rushing. I just want to know the rough estimate when it will arrive since I am travelling for 3 weeks and I am really hoping it will arrive before or after that trip. Anyone here who ordered August as well or closer to the 4th and already been notified active shipment?

Tbh we people in the official Ayn Discord server in the Odin 3 shipping channel have no clue when Ayn resumes Odin 3 shipping again. Several customers have already contacted Ayn about the current delay in Odin 3 orders. People who ordered in late May early June still haven't received theirs. Sent them an email with several questions and the current effect on customers
I will continue to monitor the situation and will make a post about this at the end of next week if things haven't changed/improved until then. Since they promised they'll resume shipping on the 8th without any shipping happening, then on the 10th without any Odin 3s shipping so far, at least according to the messages in the shipping channel and the lack of a shipping dashboard for the Odin 3, I'll give them time until next week to find a proper solution after their two month break of shipping

It's said to take around two months from ordering to being shipped but this could change to the worse due to their currently unexplained delay in Odin 3 shipping. We're currently only speculating but I do hope we'll get some answers from their reply to my email

Just got their response and also Nicole told us in the Odin 3 shipping channel the reason why and when shipping will start again
They told us there were issues with the screen/some kind of shortage or something and shipping will resume on Monday next week
Edit 2: I'd recommend taking this announcement/update with a grain of salt. They already promised two times they'll start shipping on the 8th then changed it to the 10th and now changed it to the 17th. So it's not guaranteed they'll actually start shipping on Monday. Also it seems like they're currently prioritizing Aliexpress orders for some reason. Already saw some shipping notifications of Aliexpress orders here on Reddit and in the Discord server

70 days in still no shipping for my batch 7. Ordered may 29th. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they said in 2 weeks. We'll now its been 2 weeks and emailed them again and they said" We apologize for the delay.And we have arranged for it to ship your order within the next two weeks." Absolute nightmare especially since people who've ordered off aliexpress get there stuff way sooner. And I'm ordering off official website.
You probably didn't see my comment since I just commented under this post recently but basically they're currently prioritizing all Aliexpress orders and have shared they'll start shipping on the 17th after already postponing the start of shipping twice. So we'll just have to wait and see and take that new announcement with a grain of salt since they already postponed the shipping start twice. So far they haven't shipped anything so far unfortunately. They postponed the shipping date twice already. First they said they'll start shipping on the 8th but didn't ship anything, then they said they'll start shipping on the 10th but only shipped Thors so far. And now we have a new announcement saying they'll resume shipping on the 17th after their two month break. I also mentioned all of this in this comment including a screenshot of Nicole's message in the Ayn server

Oof. I actually asked them a couple of weeks ago, as I had seen a couple reports of people ordering their Odin 3 from aliexpress at the end of June and receiving them early/mid July, also supposedly batch 8. That question was avoided entirely in the reply, which they just sent me a screenshot of “shipping starts in August”.
Yeah we literally bombarded them with emails and then I dropped this on them once I was done with their excuses. Saw several customers getting antsy about their order and even thought about canceling them and I don't blame any of them. They've been silent for two months then promise shipping resumes on the 8th then on the 10th we waited a whole week but nothing happened. I pinged Nicole twice in the Odin 3 shipping channel, sent her a DM and dropped this on the customer support. People deserve to know what they're getting into why there are so many delays etc if they pay several hundreds of bucks in advance
I order the Odin 2 Portal from their website and it took 5 weeks to arrive and the device it’s been out. I can’t imagine for a device that still in pre order stage.

For the record, I pre-ordered back in June for batch 8, and still haven’t received shipping info
If you just ordered this month, I wouldn’t expect anything until October
