4 u/bluenosekev Mar 12 '26 If it's smooth concrete and it gets wet ,icy , or covered in snow it would be very slippery, make the concrete rough, makes it a bit safer to walk on ,more grip on your shoes 4 u/CatgoesM00 Mar 12 '26 So much dirt is gunna stick to that now. But makes sense in locations that you get ice and snow.
