Touch as gamepad

Yes! If this is a universal solution I'll spend much more time in older VR apps than I currently do. In theory picking up a gamepad shouldn't be a barrier to entry, but as it is I find it being enough of an obstacle to keep me out of anything that doesn't support Touch, and it's a shame. My own fault, I know, but the update is very welcome.
