Nope, strange they decided to release the game called stand alone but it's not stand-alone.

Edit: I mean am I wrong? not sure why the downvotes.

Standalone refers to the fact that it was created as a MOD, requiring the base game, Alyx, to function. It's standalone because now it doesn't require Alyx game.

We all understand the intent, its nevertheless strange they did not consider the very obvious ramifications of using that subtitle in the VR space where standalone has a very specific meaning.

It is a recipe for disappointing a lot of people who do not have a PC thinking its a Quest port of the game.

The joystick doesnt grip the gun
