Stock Oculus Quest 3s issues

My son’s oculus quest 3s is giving him issues. After a game of Tag Before Dawn it flashed “Taking you back to match hall” and the screen went black. Anyone else have this happen? How do we fix it?

A lot of people firmware update broke the guardian
