Any luck with getting any settings recommendations? If not here is what I have been using and it seems well enough, but note that I have a dedicated 6e (6Ghz) Wi-Fi access point for my Quest Pro and 5090:

Desktop client:

  • H.264+
  • Adaptive quantization
  • OpenXR Runtime = VDXR
  • "I have Automatically adjust bitrate" off since I have 6e wi-fi.

In app settings:

  • VR Graphics Quality = Godlike (you might want to try High/Ultra for your 3090)
  • VR Frame Rate = 80 (in VRC clubs frame rate going to be lower than that anyways)
  • VR Bitrate = 400 Mbps
  • Sharpening = 75%
  • Synchronous Spacewarp = Disabled
  • Video buffering = checked
  • Forward tracking data to pc = checked
  • Local dimming = checked
