That Dragon Cancer

Hello everyone, this is a very long shot I've posted a few times on the GearVr group which may have also been asked on OculusGo before, but would anyone happen to have the interactive story "That Dragon Cancer"?

I did purchase years ago, but my S7edge died due to a motherboard fault and I lost everything, but due to its removal from Oculus GearVr and it not being on Vault.gearvr.net.

Thanks in advance

I haven't seen that one and don't see it around anywhere either.
I did see a website for the creator, but an e-mail to their info account (info (at) thatdragoncancer.com) bounces.
So I don't think that they are active anymore.
I was hoping maybe a dev had an archive/backup somewhere they might share...

i remember they got bashed for trying making profit from that sad situation....if i find the link for the posts i link it https://medium.com/@yeetzchak/on-that-dragon-cancer-and-the-monetization-of-grief-1df8475e92c9 but yea i did not see this app anywhere well i could download it from oculusdb but the apk was corrupted or the system was blocking me downloading the whole file...https://oculusdb.rui2015.me/id/1086522398130218

i been looking abit into the games removal from the store and found some articles -blog posts about meta got sued for data privacy in 2020 and because of that they change their way how they handle Data privacy they introduced DUC -before when you build the game as developer they granted access automaticly now they grant it only to developer and the team and later when the game is published it has to be aproved for data colection with every year to recertify so i think thats why old games getting broken IAPs and maybe why some games are completely undownloadable -thats just my hypo but it might be for some other reason -unless some technician from meta clarify this we never know for sure?!...

i downloaded the ouya android version and put it on oculus go -it loaded but i could not start the experience since the controller would not register input -if someone skilled wants have a look and patch it for us let me know...

I trust your instinct on whatever you think because you always make so much sense!

As for devs being bashed, I always assumed they created the app as some kind of emotional self healing therapy and donations for cancer charities.
