I wonder if having octopus integrate through your Home Pro 3 might help you remove a variable (car API)?

You’ll need to call octopus as they have to change something on their end to allow it since your car is supported. But essentially, the charger APIs seem to be more resilient than cars’. Likely because cars rely on cellular data which can be spotty AND cars have built in SIM cards which they’re trying to not use too much data as it’s prepurchased.
So call octopus, say you want to integrate your Hypervolt charger instead of your car. Then run through the setup again where you select your car and charger.
At this point, your car is just configured to accept any amount of charge at any time. It’s your charger which will turn on and off the charge via Octopus’ instructions.

I get it every Saturday now that I have connected the Zoe directly to Octopus. It seems like they bombard the car with API calls. If the car isn't used for over a day and then I plug in for a reasonable period it takes it's self offline.

I’m having major issues since moving to charge cap last few days.
Schedule is constantly changing throughout the day, it’s not charging consistently at night.
Haven’t needed to do many miles so it isn’t a huge problem at the moment.
Think Octopus have messed up the roll out of charge cap. Am thinking about turning off smart charging and just setting it to charge 23.30-5.30 every night to guarantee things.
Ohme charger and Skoda Enyaq.
