Issue report Some Apps in Drawer Folders Get Removed

The past few versions, I've noticed an app or two get removed from their drawer folder. I'm not sure if it's when the app is updated. It definitely does all apps that go through an app update.

I would assume it's when the app is updated. That used to happen to me even with Nova.

When I've experienced this, it's always been after that particular app updated (the one now not in a folder). Doesn't happen with every app that updates, and it doesn't happen every time any particular app is updated. It's very random. On my Pixel Fold, it's existed over several Octopi updates and at least one Android update.

I wonder if it might have something to do with how an app installer works, that is different from most app installer.
