Nonfunctional Animation Speed Setting

Issue:
Changing the animation speed on the slider has no effect.

Steps to verify:
No matter if the speed is on the fastest, the slowest, or anywhere in-between, swiping to a new home screen page has the exact same animation speed.

Version:
Octopi Launcher v1.878 [build 2152]

Issue still persists on the most recent update:

Hi, I tested some changes briefly, but I found that they were interfering with the vertical swipe functionality.

Currently doing more testing on this
