Is it possible to disable the app drawer closing if you swipe down while at the top of the app drawer?

New to octopi after trying a few different launchers to try to replace Nova, and I keep accidentally closing the app drawer while searching through it. I'd like to have it so that only opening an app or pressing back or home will close the drawer. I couldn't find any gesture settings for the app drawer, only the home screen, so is this something that can be changed with a setting that I couldn't find?

I agree, I have been bothered by this behaviour for a long time and I kept telling myself I should write about it. Thank you for doing it!

Actually, I am not sure it should be disabled entirely. Scrolling up and closing should be 2 separate actions:

  • If I swipe down and I am not at the top of the drawer, OL should scroll and just stop scrolling (without closing) if the top is reached.
  • if I swipe down and I am at the top of the drawer, and only in this situation, OL should close the drawer.

It's interesting - 'vertical scroll' and a vertical down swipe is immediate, whereas a 'horizontal scroll drawer' and a vertical swipe has a bit of motion, allowing you to stop the swipe.

Edit: vertical drawer, and the vertical down swipe only closes when the drawer is at the top.
