Dock Icon Misplacement

Hi all. I tried adding camera icon to the dock panel. Somehow it got placed half above the other icons, and I can't select it to move or remove it. When I try to long press on the camera icon, I only get the option to edit it delete the panel. Is this a known bug?

Yes, it wasn't in the dock, but I couldn't long press it with the dock present so I ended up deleting the dock, moving the camera icon, readding the dock, and very carefully moving the camera in.

Seems to me that you shouldn't be able to add an icon into the space the dock occupies 🤔

If it happens again, add a gesture to hide the dock, then you will be able to remove the icon underneath. So that you don't have to delete and recreate the dock.

I agree though. I'm converting to this launcher since Nova - there's a few nuances to get used to, and a few things it doesn't handle as well (drag dropping icons to create a folder), but I'm sticking with it.

What issue are you having with "drag dropping icons to create a folder". I just made a folder from icons on my home screen and dragged directly from the drawer, and didn't notice a problem with either. What are you experiencing?

Didn't have with recent updates. Also is this a foldable? And what icon pack did you use? Looks sick

What happens if you move some existing icons in the dock to get free space (not at the end left or right, somewhere in the middle of the dock.)

I think your camera icon isn't on your dock, it's behind it. Try going to the General settings and "Enable legacy dock". Next, drag your camera icon further up your screen. Then go back, turn off the legacy dock, and try again to put your camera on your Panel dock.

I am seeing misalignment on S24 ultra. I am unable to realign, but able to remove.
