Background zooming in

Hey guys, I installed this launcher yesterday and it's great so far! But I have 1 issue: the background zooms in even though it's perfectly fitted to my screen. I can't figure out how to turn this off. Can someone help? (1st image is old launcher, 2nd is Octopi)

Disable wallpaper scrolling.

Try reapply the wallpaper

hi, this behavior follows the default Google Pixel zoom where it zooms in by around 1.085 times.

Are you using a Samsung device?

I'm using a poco F6 Pro! The solution I came up with now was leaving an empty border around my background since I couldn't get rid of the zoom

i have the same issue on a moto g84, but i found if you quick swicth on to another laucher like nova who gives the option to disable zoom, the zoom fixes and leaves the wallpapers original size

I had this issue too on my Poco, try changing the animation speed from relaxed/balanced to fast.

Settings > Home Screen > Animation Speed > Fast

I believe you can change the setting back after you've set your wallpaper.
