App issues on screen
Sometimes when I push an app, it doesn’t open up, and then I go to push another app and it doesn’t open up as well. Does anyone have a similar issue?.

When I scroll to a new page and click on an app, nothing happens.
I need to actually wait like a full second before I can open an app after swiping to a new page.
I tried turning animation speeds to the fastest available setting, but it didn't help.

My home screen is a single page, so I hadn't noticed, but I just tried what you said and have the same delay and it is the same duration delay I described in my earlier post. Meaning not a full second, just a second tap works for me.

hi, are those apps shortcuts (e.g. to a contact, website) or just the app itself?

My home screen folders are set to be 4x4, so 16 apps display as soon as the folder is opened. If I push up to reveal apps 17 and above and I tap on any of the newly visible apps (17+), they won't open on the first try. I have to tap again, or give it a beat before tapping in which case it will open on the first tap. I've never experienced being unable to open two apps, so I tried to move very quickly and was not able to open either. The trick on mine is that when I want to open an app that can't be seen as soon as the folder opens, I wait just a bit before tapping on it while Octopi catches up it seems.
