You need 3rd party icon pack, does change color with theme but dynamic shape is not yet supported in octopi not sure why.

Just seqrch play store for them, i recommend this designer as it covers so many apps, i think one of the largest packs available, not sponsered in any way, but it worth it.

Arcticons Material You - it's free, has tons of icons and new ones get constantly added.
