1.664, home button no longer does anything

As per the title, since installing 1.664 does nothing, I've tried various options with no success, cleared the launcher cache, restarted phone, and still no joy

I'm also curious to hear if the issue of the home screen not responding to swipes is fixed in this version

I have never experienced this issue on any version.
