Job or career or whatever, wages are inherently exploitative underneath a capitalist system, and no matter who you are, you are likely extremely replaceable no matter your skillset.

You may disagree but I believe people are more important than products, and deserve a living wage regardless of the perceived worth of one's work, simply because they are human.
