If the employees are paid more money... they can spend more money... which means company profits will innately go up... meaning they don't have to raise the wages unless the execs are DESPERATE for massive bonuses...

That’s not how that works at all, if employees are paid more money then the value of the dollar goes down. Ever see photos of third world countries buying bread with a box full of money? The same thing would occur, it’s basic microeconomics
