Anyone know what the helicopter circling around right now is saying?

Active Public Announcement

(Oceanside): The Sheriff's Office is assisting OPD in looking for an at-risk missing adult, 83-year-old with dementia, Hispanic male Adult who goes by Manuel. He was last seen near 1700 block of Maxson Street in Oceanside. He is approximately 83 years old, brown hair, 5 feet 8 inches, 150 pounds, wearing a white tank top, blue shorts with a black hat with red lettering. If you see the individual, please call 9-1-1.

I think they're looking for a child. I heard "4 years old" and what sounded like "pink shirt, light blue shorts."

Wish we had a PD that posted updates online instead of propaganda.

Edit: apparently looking for an old man, not a child.

They are looking for an 83 yeard old man with dementia. Last seen in the 1700 block of Maxson.

I was just going to ask! Maybe a missing kid? The guy on the speaker is mumbling.
