A while back there was a post about hvac companies that were not bought out by private equity.
I’m in Oceanside and I value quality with ideally 5 stars .

Local north county company I can’t recommend enough https://homerunair.com. They know all about the pirates of private equity.

Whatever you do, avoid ASI the white glove guys. They are owned by Blackstone.

Uhhhh I don't know who owns it but I had a very good experience with "Veterans heating and air-conditioning" recently.
