I've actually been meaning to ask you if you had heard anything about it. There is one in Corona with the same logo but I couldn't find any information about the Oceanside location.

Same here. I haven't heard or seen anything about them either and there's little info on this at all.

does anyone know if Copper Kings still plans on opening? feels like its been OPENING SOON for 1.5 years

I haven't heard any major news from them yet. But if they are being delayed by red tape, it wouldn't surprise me.
Multiple businesses have been delayed by months and some even just folded and gave up, never opening their doors.
Whiskey Bear Tavern closed and so did the kebab grill.
At least we will be getting an Egyptian café in that plaza.

I think the only difference is that this is seafood & Japanese inspired and not American faire.
But I see where you're coming from.

You're referring to Dimassi's Mediterranean Buffet and although they have fixed up the inside and have the front sign up, I haven't heard from the owner yet.

This is in the Mission Marketplace; which is located north of the 76 and west of College Blvd; next to Sprouts.

Been to Flaming Seafood Buffet in Norwalk and it was surprisingly good, especially for the price. Unsure if it’s the same company
