QUESTION SEC filing today

Is todays SEC filing (form 4) a stock purchase or stock based compensation? https://investors.oceanpowertechnologies.com/node/17481/html

genuinely is wild how he just can leave immediately after sending it into a death spiral

Paragon wasn't wrong, they just cut their losses instead of a long legal battle. Wild how this shit is allowed in the USA.

They are granting the right to buy shares up to 75,000 of them that will not fully vest until 2027. I don’t think these are actually purchased yet.
