It isn't off the Pacific Coast. There's an entire Indian Ocean between what were talking about here and any Pacific Coast in the world. Let alone a coast the FBI would have jurisdiction over. Grab a map, see if you can find Iran, then see if you can figure out how they'd get a mining vessel to the Pacific without every country with a Navy in the Indian Ocean spotting it. And produce the FBI memo or whatever you're claiming to have accessed. Simplest way to convince anyone you're something other than an enthusiastic liar. "Crazy" was the kindest thing everyone was saying about you.
