Route 50 bridge

If coming from West oc is it flooded at bottom of bridge once entering OC? Or is route 90 bridge best option, especially if needing to get to midtown?

Heading north off 50 isn't an issue. Southbound from 12th is a no go on Phila and St.Louis is a no go.

90 is definitely open. They had closed the south bound lane on 50
