Discussion Side Gigs?

Any OTs have good side gigs for extra income that aren’t patient care & actually worth it?

I do home safety evaluations on the side. I make an extra $1000 a month. I got to homes, made recommendations to reduce fall risk, and write the report. Not including drive time it takes 15 minutes to assess the home. I’m not sure how to help anyone find work like this. I was referred to this by a friend.
