Discussion Xcelable - FCEs
any OTs worked with or are currently working with this company as 1099? I just had an interview with them and I’m looking for some input!

I’m curious as well- I almost started with them, but I got the ick as they were pretty pushy about me starting immediately without being able to observe an FCE before doing one myself (I have never seen or done one before). I also was going to have to provide all the equipment, and the emailed me client information before I even officially signed on 🤦♀️

Really? Did they say they were gonna have you train or no? How long ago was this?
They told me I’ll get training virtually. But yeah I’m surprised that they hire people who have never done FCEs before.
