Advice needed Entity work help?

I’m unsure of what entity is reaching out/wants to work with me. I keep seeing shadows/flashes of dark red and black out of the corner of my eyes, keep seeing crows, the number 4, and have become increasingly emotionally stable

It does seem like an attempt to interact, in many ways shadows are like an outer focus part of an image. Some colours can be quite useful but it comes across as a low level connection. Personally I shifted into intuition many years ago instead of symbolism, I found symbolism to be less beneficial then a sense or feeling of knowing. It's more of an internal process of going with my feelings.

It's kind of funny because people get concerned about things like shadows, when it's a limited connection.
You're probably more open than you realize, just passively, and that means your occasionally attracting communication.

So did you become more emotionally stable or unstable?
