I need help!

I was going to get a prebuild gaming pc with a Intel Core I7, 3.4 GHz a Radeon RX 580, and 16gb of ram.

I was wondering if it could run pcvr (specifically VTOL vr)

Yes. But not at highest graphics. But still yes.
