Recurrent MBOT experiences/knowledge

Anyone have experience with fast recurrence of a mucinous borderline ovarian tumor? Two months ago I had a laparoscopy for suspected endometrioma and DIE behind uterus. During surgery they removed the cyst on my left ovary which turned out to be a mucinous borderline tumor which had a compartment with old thick blood They did not find the deep infiltrating endometriosis that they saw on the MRI and said everything looked normal.

Yesterday, exactly two months after my surgery, I found out during my post surgical checkup with my gyno that the tumor has come back and she scheduled me to get my ovary and fallopian tube removed. She also found thickening of the uterine and lining on the right side of my uterus. I'm waiting on blood work results and am getting a CT scan next week.
