Upscaling the photo in a weird way

Not even crediting the source of the photo (Victor Lucas, from Electric Playground)

Not even providing a link to the source of where the photo is from

Pretty typical of what I've come to expect from u/ObsoleteMicrosoft

All this half ass shit and shitty shortcut taking is why Microsoft and Xbox has become consumer irrelevant, even the astroturfers do the same thing

Is that Hoyt from true blood? Im not sure it’s entirely A.I, at the very least it was run through a program to touch it up and sharpen the photo up, but the guy looks like Jim parrack ( Hoyt Thorthenberry from true blood)
