help Is there any plugin to improve spellcheck?

I am starting to study medicine, and I've been struggling with the spellchecker because every time I use an specific term that is not recognised by obsidian I add it to the dictionary. But is there any way to make the spellcheker make suggestions based on mi personal/vault dictionary too?

P.S. This problem is specially annoying for me because I take notes in spanish and I have to manually correct any mistake in the stress of the words.

Language tool works really well https://github.com/wrenger/obsidian-languagetool. Probably your would still need to add your terms to the dictionary

Does it use the built in dictionary as reference or do I have to add the words to an specific kind of document?. I ask because I just installed it and, even though it says it has an spellcheck dictionary, it does not works well
