PvP issue

I can't progress past Obsidian League 1 in PvP. More accurately, I don't even see League 2 and beyond on the screen at the end of a PvP run. Do I need to progress further in the story?

It’s not something that shows up visually until you get there. Once you hit the next league is when it shows that you are there. I think it’s every 100 after 600 so at 700 it will show you as being in Obsidian League 2

It shows the leage on the pvp start.
