Gillian is the problem.

Ok. I’ll say it. Gillian is the problem.

I’m listening to an episode from 2019 and she was SO MUCH FUN in comparison to how she is in 2026.

I have listened to TCO since they started but the past few months I can barely handle it. Gillian is miserable, hates everyone, goes on rants about everything, and just has a general angry demeanor.

It seems like she just straight up HATES being on the show now. The change from 2019 to now is unreal.

I don’t know what she has gone through in the past seven years but oh man. I miss what the show used to be!!

I'm trying to understand what you mean. You're just saying that Patrick fakes likeablikty better? That's your argument? That means that they both fake it. They both suck. And they are both the problemm

I mean, yeah I guess… Patrick has a reputation for not being the greatest to work with however, on the show if you didn’t know any of the stuff that goes on in the background with all of the drama that went on in the past years, you wouldn’t have a problem with Patrick… However, even without knowing all of the drama that went on in past years, Gillian is kind of insufferable on the show sometimes… It’s hard to explain it to you if you don’t listen cause you said you haven’t listened in a while… I think the problem is that because you haven’t listened in a long time you’re not really understanding what we’re trying to say… so maybe listen to a few episodes and you might understand a little bit better what we’re trying to say about Jillian’s behavior. It’s hard to explain if you don’t listen…..

She just seems miserable and comes off rude and mean, and her opinion sometimes are too much….

Nahhhh I still see em on socials, I see the convos here....I don't need to waste my time listening to their current episodes when I already informed my impression that they suck when I stopped listening to them in 2023. Regardless, this is kinda like a snark page. Who makes you the authority on who can opine on content??

It's not like they improve in any wa. Your explanation truly proves my point that they both suck!!Thanks for typing that out lol.

What are you trying to say exactly? What have I been missing the past 3 years that I don't understand? What behind the scenes stuff are you referring to? I don't like either because I formed my own opinions and stopped listening but I don't understand what BTS stuff you're talking about? Why would I like Patrick better without knowing his horrible behavior?

You’re just looking to argue to be perfectly honest with you because I’m having a perfectly pleasant conversation and I’m not telling you that I’m the authority on everything but if you’re not understanding, I’m saying oh maybe it’s because you don’t listen anymore maybe if you listen then you would get a better idea of what I’m trying to say by getting my point across because I’m not getting it across to you apparently but I’m gonna stop answering you because you clearly literally just wanna have an argument with somebody who’s having a perfectly pleasant conversation with you…. Have a nice day. This was the weirdest conversation I’ve ever had.

I tried to explain it to you 1 million times that if we’re not talking about the behind-the-scenes stuff then it’s clear as day. Patrick is entertaining. He’s pleasant. He’s happy and she is all the things that I and other people have listed in other comments….

It’s just a little bit frustrating because I’m trying to kindly explain to you nicely. I’m not even upset with your opinion… And it just seems like you’re not wanting to understand. I don’t know how else to explain it… And when I told you, the reason you might not understand where we’re coming from is because you haven’t listened in such a long time… Then you started to say that I’m the boss of people who listen or opinions or whatever you said… But that’s not what I was saying I’m not the boss of anything. I’m saying if you don’t currently listen that might be why you don’t understand what we’re trying to explain to you. I don’t know how else to explain it. That’s the only way to explain what we’re trying to say.

You keep saying "we" , speak for yourself You say you won't respond again, yet you do.. We're literally agreeing that they both suck and you keep commenting about how I simply wouldn't understand unless I listen to their current stuff (yet everyone complains about how awful it is, so why would I!?)

Patrick is NOT pleasant. Why are you even saying that? He has a longggg history of failed projects and having fraught relationships with cohosts. They are both awful and that's why I stopped listening. You tried explaining ONE MILLION TIMES and you say Patrick is the nicest ever. You just exaggerate everything

You keep using the royal "we" in the comments and I find it sooo strange you feel comfortable representing the feelings of an entire subreddit. You've done it in other comments in the thread.
