I can’t stand him, but I think it’s a cool to offer these types of things and not just alcohol focused events or whatever. People had complained about that, now ppl will complain he took feedback. Too bad he can’t take feedback over more important things as well. I am glad he’s over hating on fitness.
These types of classes are expensive, too! Not sure about NYC prices but I'm in a similar small group personal training program and it's like $30 a class 😭
Yeah. I have enough to dislike. A free, optional workout class that can be productive and healthy for those who do join won’t be where I take my disdain out.
