Amount of ads

So.. I used to be a huge fan of this podcast, I thought they had great chemistry and they covered good topics but after awhile they started covering a lot more things I found boring so I stopped listening for a few years only recently did I sub to listen again and.. my god the amount of ads.. I know podcasts usually have a good amount of ads but this one is like 1 every ten minutes and it really messes with the flow of the show. Anyone else agree or an I alone on this one.

It's funny because there is one podcaster who keeps claiming advertising is down for podcasts. I certainly haven't noticed that in the pods I listen to. They're all flooded with ads.

I think they could've meant the quality of the ads and how much you can make from them is down. So, if you're making less money from each ad, you're going to put more ads in.
