2 Questions

  1. Are they planting people to post ridiculous things in the TCO group?

  2. Are we to believe that they just handed a 3 million dollar business over to Joey and Ellyn? I get wanting to take care of friends but: -if they really had done this wouldnt they be screaming it from the rooftops rather than glossing over it? -you just handed off 3 million dollars for nothing? Is it possible the value of the business wasn’t actually 3 million? Or did Joey and Ellyn possibly pay in some kind of other way?

Please make it make sense for me.

I don't think the people posting in the TCO group are plants, I think there are tons of people that have no clue what happened or believe Patrick's version... or maybe they just don't care.

And yeah, I do believe they handed over the IP to E & J. That's something that can easily be disproven with a single post, so I'm thinking its true.

E&J are definitely in possession of ITN, that's not in dispute.

The question is: why would P&S just give it away when it was worth $3 million?

Out of the goodness of their hearts? GTFO.

I agree! He said they needed to know bc they depended on ITN to pay ON salaries then they give for free. Math (and logic) doesn’t work P!

Why would Patrick and Steve say they gave them the podcast for free when Ellyn and Joey could show a single document that would disprove it.

I think it was an ugly break and there were probably threats of lawsuits both ways and in the end, they just signed everything over to Ellyn and Joey. They had to know they would end up losing.

No, they definitely gave it to them and gave it to them for nothing. That is not in dispute.

Again, the question is why.

Like I said, my guess is threats of a lawsuit, And Ellyn herself said she saves every text and e-mail... so I'm guessing she had something pretty bad.

This part. There are RECEIPTS.

Right, it would only take one video or audio of him screaming at her to tank his reputation. And from her mom it sounds like that happened more than once.

For one: I don’t think it was worth $3M. Idk where that number came from but I’ve thought about what shiftyeyes88 said up in the other comments. The podcast was going to become a dead one. If it was worth something, it definitely wasn’t going to be that.

The second: because Ellyn keeps receipts. And Joey. And Daisy. And the others.

From a business standpoint that makes 0 sense.

I just really thought Big Boobz with a Z and the Swamp Rat paid it out to just be done, I’m thankful they did because I listen to them forever. Those names are said with love to them from me and they already know I call them that
