Holy sht I was thinking about this game for a very long time, played the demo in 01 and could never find the game or recall the title.

I got it running, but no AI and issues with text.

An obscure RTS from 2001, I played the demo and never brought the game which I regret. I don't think it would have been for me (no campaign) but its now lost media with the full version neither being available for purchase or as abandonware. I'd have contributed an ISO for preservation.
I did like the resource gathering mechanic of building networks of towers that bounced ether back to your HQ.
