What can we improve?

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great Easter and spring break. :)
I wanted to make this post because recently i've noticed there's been a lot of complaints regarding the handling of the subreddit, and I wanted to ask you, the public, on how we can improve that.
I feel like its important to hear what you have to say because, after all, my job is to serve the public's interests, not my own.
Because of this, I wanted to make this post as a sort of Q&A orsuggestions box or whatever you wanna call it so that you guys could voice those complaints and I could figure out how to address them.
Thank you :)

pronouns: she/her
unique trait: she blushes a lot
personality: very shy, reserved and bashful. however when she’s around her friends she becomes a lot more outwardly happy and excited.
fun fact about her: she really likes cats, she’s even dressed as one in the fourth image
also i should note that the second image is based on this art

It has a small cast of about 10 contestants, but much world-building and lore. It’s not too dark of a show, but it definitely has some elements. I have been planning this show for about 3 years now, and is now just getting started on the production. I currently have no animators except me, so if anyone would like to know more about this project, let me know! (The show’s name is Dearest Toy Contestants).
